Messed up my Merc.engine. Had to buy anothe

Worked on my Merc 250 D engine. He diagnosed a cracked top. He made a total mess of the engine, after he worked on it the engine could not start and had to be moved to PE. After investigation by Atties Motors it was found that the top was not cracked, engine was dismantled with wrong tools, stripping components en using the wrong gasket and water leaked into cilinders rendering the engine obsolete. The whole episode cost just on R30000. I managed toe sell the car for R 35000 and had to buy another because the car was in Swellendam for a couple of months and I was stranded.
