Promised 200 free kms a day, only given 100!!

At the end of February I booked a car online and picked it up at PE airport. I needed the car for 3 days to drive for PE to EL so I had booked the option with the 200 free kms. I returned the car on the 3rd day, but on receiving the invoice, I was only given 100 free km's per day and billed for the extra kms. I immediately tried calling the number on the invoice, which NO ONE ever picks up, and finally sent an e-mail. I called every number on their website for 2 weeks and sent various mails to no avail. Finally on 18th March I spoke to Treven Naidoo who assured all would be sorted. I even sent him the quote I had received on my booking. Since then, no one has gotten back to me and Treven refuses to answer my mails. I can even track that he opens them and deletes them without responding!! No one responds to Europ car's complaint or customer service line!! They don't even bother to give you a copy of the contract when you pick up the car anymore, which I think is a way of hiding the contract information from their clients!!
