I I rented a car which was booked along with a Kulula flight and paid for online with my credit card in advance.
Once I returned the car, I received an invoice which included the charge for an additional day which I DID NOT take. The car was returned BEFORE the stated time on the itinery. This amount was simply billed to my credit card by Europcar without my permission. I have tried to contact the debtors departmetn FOUR times with no assistance and no one that can even acknowledge my query. As far as I am concerned this is. Taking money off my credit card wrongfully. I used to frequently book the Kulula flight car deal, however after this bad service and complete lack of customer service from Europcar, I will be using neither service again. I still want to be refunded for the day I was billed for and an explanation of how this happened. The invoice number is 22696353 if anyone from your so called customer service department would even be bothered to look into my complaint. PS I dont notice many good comments RE your company on this site... seems I am making a good choice taking my business elsewhere. Disgusted.
