A few weeks ago we had an accident on the N3 South (before Vrede. /- 70 Kms from Harrismith). I tried phoning my insurance agency's crisis line (Regent - by the way.. STAY AWAY!!!) and held on for 40 mins with no response. I remembered Toyota had Road Side assistance and I took my service booklet and phoned the hotline. Almost INSTANTLY they answered. I told them I was in an accident, and this lady (Wish I had her name still!!!) told me she would arrange the police, a tow truck and car hire. The tow truck took almost 3 hours to get to us. HOWEVER, this lady from AA followed up on us, every 20 mins (on the dot) without fail. She had the police on conference calls (who was useless btw), the ambulances, the towing company etc.

I must admit, better service (esp in a crisis) I havent had... and this... this is exactly where you want excellent service. Not like your own insurance agency (who you pay every month) telling you... Sorry we cant help, phone on Monday and maybe they can assist you.

After my claim from REGENT, I am moving to AA. Best service, in a crisis ever!!
