Not paying for towing

I had an accident with my vehicle on the 6.07.2013, the car was assessed and written off, it was only settled at the end of August 2013. My problem is, the night of the accident i contacted regent for the towing but there were no answer after numerous attemps. I had to pay the tow truck to tow the wreck to a family member who lived close by. The next day i contacted my broker who advised me to contact them the following day, Monday.
The claim was submitted and i attached the invoice for the towing aswell, to date no reimburstment was received after numerous requests to regent. Regent is the very first insurance that i dealt with, with such poor service.
