Regent doesn't source acceptable service provide

My car battery decided to give up on me yesterday morning, i then phoned Regent roadside assistance department to have my car towed home and then i could sort it out from there. I logged through a call at 8:13. I specifically told them i needed a sling back truck as i was in a basement parking and a bigger truck would not be able to come into the parking. I was called more than 2 hours later by Regent's service provider (Towing Company) - First Road Emergency, i was told that they were unable to specify a time of arrival due to weather and taxi strike. Eventually a tow truck arrived around 2pm and he left, he said someone else would come (knows why), This person came after more than 30 min and jump started my car at around 2:45pm after more than 6.5 hours. I lost out on half a days salary from work waiting for them, i also expect Regent to get better service providers, yes there was a storm and strike but surely more than quarter of a day is unacceptable, i dont know what would've happened had i been on a highway or unsafe area, the debit order is taken off promptly every month, yet when it is time for a service, the service is shocking, Considering leaving Regent
