No cars available since September 2012

I've placed my order for a Kia Rio Tec 1.4 Manual in Deep Blue or Silver and since September 2012 no cars are available and no one can help me. I just like to know how difficult it is to actually place an order or can't one place an order for a specific car.

Why does Kia advertise a car if they can't get hold of the car? At this point in time I see two options:
1. I take a regular Kia Rio 1.4 Manual and upgrade everything to the same specs as the Tec and if it does cost more it should be on Kia's expense as it's not my problem if they have a logistics or stock problem.
2. I go straight to the competition and purchase a car as the competition clearly want my money. If I choose to follow this option I will have no issue in badmouthing Kia SA on Facebook, Twitter, Hello Peter, Newspapers and every person I ever meet.

If only anyone at Kia SA can get back to me and let me know why they don't want my money...
