2012 Volvo towba

Just before Easter I had a towbar fitted to my 2012 Volvo S60. They connected the wiring harness directly onto the cars wiring. They have a LED tester which the guy answering the phone informed me put the same load on the light circuit as a trailer. I then discovered that this is not possible on later model Volvos and needs a complete module to isolate the trailer lights from the car's. I asked for a partial refund by email but had no reply. I originally paid them R3000 for the job and had to pay an additional R4100 to have the problem rectified.
