Competition prize not delivered

During September 2012, McCarthy Toyota held a competition on Facebook. I was informed that I was chosen as a winner and they requested my delivery details which I supplied to them on 19 September 2012. I am yet to receive my prize! When I contacted them earlier this year, they asked me to verify my details, which I did. All further attempts at communicating with them since 7 August 2013 have been totally ignored.
