Part ordered and not received

Corsa bakkie left mirror damaged... i ordered and paid from the spares department only for the mirror, the amount 490.23 transfered to their account on 25/01/2013. I want to pick the part and have it fitted to the vehicle. I cant remember the persons name who i delt with. I keep on phoning and leaving mesages, they want me to do their job and find out who i spoke to surely they can trace their sales department, no paperwork was send through to me... today is 26/3/2013 still no response please help i am fedup. Thank You.
