Appauling Service from imperial select

Despite many promises and from imperial select i sit today without a vehicle for 2 months. I have never heard of a dealership with no respect for its clients, despite contacting after bad dealings with the dealership not even the dealer principal has ever in 2months had curtacy to call me. I send emails to and cc him i dont even get an acknowlegement, who are these people???

They have about the where abouts of my vehicle claiming it has been fixed when it has not. I have been sent from plillar to post and eventually left of my own after they were happy to take my money.

How can this be allowed?
