First e-mail I sent to Hein Venter (Renault Melrose) was on Fri 2012/10/26 10:03 AM, I needed a mirror for a Renault Sandero. I only received the part on 14 Jan 2013 Invoice number: 11438. It was a wrong part I went back to Hein and he took my details again to order the correct part. He sent me a qoute on the 30 Jan 2013 which is valid for 14 days that went straight to my junk mail I din't see it and when I saw the mail I contacted him immediately. I went to Melrose on the 25/02/2013 to get the part, I only got a speedpoint receipt no invoice. Unfortnately the car was in an accident and written off before I fitted the mirror. Today I returned it and they told me they can't take it back, I have no use for it and it is unused and still in its package. Andre's manager was rude to me when he was suppose to explain to me and he said to Andre throw it away and he was speaking in Afrikaans. I just need a refund nothing more and I left the part there at Renault Melrose I don't know on what did they do with the part whether it was thrown away as the boss said.
