This complaint is about a new purchased vehicle Foton Tunland that have an air problem on the air control system. The vehicle was collected on the 6th May 2013 and todate not repaired or feedback given from the service manager at the branch mentioned above. Even the sales team find it difficult to contact the service manager which is part of the group. Many phone calls and message left to obtain feedback with no response or info that the service manager is on top of it. I feel that this is not acceptable and could create a bad name for the organization in the future. This is the first time I delt with this kind of issues and esppecially a new vehicle that I only had in my position for 5 days. It is now 2 weeks and do not have my new vehicle. I hope that this matter will be address to the higest level in that department. I feel that the current service manager do not know how to deal witrh customers at all.
