Kindly be advised that I'm most displeased in the manner in which this matter has been handled by UPS & BHPhoto (incorrect invoicing information being supplied on Tax Invoice).
When my original order was delivered and returned by yourselves, UPS should have processed a VAT refund and this should have either been refunded/paid to myself or allocated to the vat invoice for the returned item (same product / item value / model) refer above tracking numbers!!! This was supposed to be declared by yourselves and a correction voucher processed. This to my knowledge was not done by yourselves.
I will now also be escalating this issue to SARS / customs for resolution as it seems as if you and your team are unable to resolve this simple invoicing issue.
Kindly be advised that I never requested a refund of VAT, what I requested is that you get your house in order and expedite my delivery immediately as this delivery is a replacement to a damaged item that was returned ta damaged item that was returned to BHPhoto via yourselves.
Please ensure I receive this delivery ASAP
