When you purchase a BMW whether it's a 116i or a 750iL you expect a very high level of service from BMW, after all this is what the brand promises. I was left very disappointed a week ago with BMW auto Atlantic when i took my car in for a new set of run flat tyres.

the dealer put on the wrong size tyre than the set they quoted on and they wouldn't't let me leave with the car as they have to wait a day for the set they originally quoted. nobody comes to apologise for the mistake and the Inconvenience when i come and collect there car, instead i'm left waiting there and everyone get served before myself and i'm literally left standing there and the last person. the service manager Russel does not come and gives and explanation of what happened, when i ask to see him he does not come, Geraldine spins a couple of on the telephone when speaking to her.

my car is only ready the next day at 3.30pm, i am supposed to leave early for the weekend away, my entire weekend is spoiled by BMW service,

i PLEA TO BMW SA TO SORT THIS DEALER OUT AS THEY AS HURTING YOUR BRAND AND EVERYTHING YOU STAND FOR.

RUSSEL AND GERALDINE MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE ARE BE TAUGHT WHAT BMW STANDS FOR.
