More Cheese Straws!

I have been buying the flat cheese in my own capacity from Fournos Rosebank for a very long time, and have also been buying the cheese straws for company functions from the Fournos in Benmore. A few weeks ago these cheese straws were no longer available at Dunkheld, Benmore or Rosebank. I enquired about this and also dropped an email to Fournos Rosebank, via their website. This morning I received a call from Ralf, in charge of operations at Fournos in Rosebank, informing me of reasons why they have stopped making the cheese straws, BUT then added, because of the request, they will start making the straws again. I am not sure if I was the only one looking for the cheese straws, but this is indeed great customer service! Thank you! Keep up the good work!
