Scratched all over after they washed my ca

My car, Toyota 86 (std Black) was booked to replaced the tail lights under warranty, the lady at the service desk said that they would give me a call as soon as they where done with the car, 7 hours had past and no call, was starting to become concerned as this was suppose to be a 20min job. got to Toyota at around 13:30 and my car was still not done, waited for about another 30min and they then pulled the car around to the front for collection,
as i stepped out of the building i immediately notes'ed some scratches on the bonnet, upon further investigation i found the entire car to be scratched, apparently they use a broom to wash the cars in their was bay, the principal was not there on the day so i had to return on the Monday morning witch i did, the principal had a look and the car was sent for a buff, the scratches remain even after that buff, after being shunted around for almost the entire week the car will be sent to a panel beater on Monday, but Its quite convenient for them as i am moving to Cape Town on Monday.
