Incompleat and bad service (Overheat and Scratched

On 19/09/2013 brought my car in for liquid replacement /treatment . the next morning on my way to work the car overheated. i phoned VW to tell them what the problem was. the person responsible (Freddie) was not available at that moment so i spoke to the mechanic, who told me to bring my car in asap. i did so find Freddie at the gate of VW BFN I told him my car overheated and that i have opened the bonnet to see what was wrong and that i saw that there was no or very little cooltant (water) in my car for the water was below the minimum mark. At 12:30 2013/09/20 when i received my car (without Freddie to assist me, I inspected my car and discovered that my car was scratched on the bonnet and the left back door. I immediately went in to the office to tell Freddie about it and for him to come and look at scratches. As he was looking at the scratches for seconds he immediately went to the otter side of my cars bonnet and than had the nerve to tell my about the other scratches that was already there. He phone me about 17:00 that day. 2013/09/25 car when in for them to see if they can POLISH out the scratches.they could not. They did not do anything further about it. Want them to fix it
