Toyota
Toyota Head Office - Pathetic Service

Cars & Transport

My Toyota Etios car keys were in an armed on 5 January 2013. The vehicle was towed to Fury Toyota in Linden. I was never notified that they did receive my vehicle. This happened on Saturday morning just before 8 am. The dealerships are open on Saturdays until 12:30 or 13:00. I phoned on Monday, 7 January to find out where the vehicle is. After a couple of phone calls, I phoned out that the vehicle is at the very first dealer, Toyota Fury. I had to phone them every day to find out when do they expect the locks to be repaired. As I am stuck with just one vehicle. I work in Pretoria, my husband in Randburg and we stay in Benoni. Quite an incovenience to be stuck with just one vehicle. Eventually, after a few phone calls to Toyota Head Office, WITH no indication as to where the car locks are and when it will be replaced, I decided on Friday the 11th of January, (BEING STUCK WITHOUT A VEHICLE THE WHOLE WEEK) NO EFFORT from the Dealership or Toyota Head Office to assist me in any way. I phoned on Monday, 14 January, they were suppose to phone me back, still no answer. When I phoned yesterday, 15 January, Thelo informed me that she will phone me back on the 18th Of January.
