Unethical and dishonest behaviour from VW staff

Cars & Transport

27 February 2013 morning I took my car to VW dealer for service. I went to pick up it up in the afternoon and the technician who worked on my car scratched side both doors and the rear fender. Technician did not inform me of the incident until I saw the car when I stopped at the nearby shop. I went back to the dealer and unfortunately he had left already. I went back next morning and he admitted that he damaged the car and will have it fixed. Later that day I washed the car and the scratches became clearly visible because he had put dark oil on the scratches after he scratched it so they would not show. I went back first thing in the morning and spoke to the principal of the dealer who instructed him to make arrangements and get my car fixed. I then went back for the forth time to get the car fixed, it was not perfectly done however he advised that if I am not satisfied he will book the car for two days with the panel beater and get it fixed. To date I am still waiting for Lucas to come back to me regarding the booking. Since I bought my car have been servicing it with this dealer and this leaves a bitter taste in the mouth after being so loyal with them. I am greatly disappointed!
