Please to all motorists out there do not take your car to Auto Magic, I have never been treated so disgustingly, in service and over the phone, I will make sure I tell everyone I know, and spread the word. So tired of companies, who we pay way too much money to, who then treat people like they are animals.

From not taking photos after I asked three times for the claim to go through, to being told I must email the insurer because they don't have there email.

To only doing assessments of cars till 4.15pm how does one get there from work for an assessment most of us work till 5pm or later.

to them closing at 5pm, how do I collect my car if I finish work at 5pm, I was told in a very rued manner, that I should know all business close at 5pm, I must come in Saturday. This is after I told Auto Magic I don't have a car I had to return it Friday evening, that's why I asked on Monday pls, have the car ready Friday.

I felt treated like an animal over the phone, and accused of hanging up the phone, to 'WHO DO I THINK I AM'. I was shocked at how a business owner could treat a customer like that.
