I bought a vehicle in October 2012 and within 2 weeks realised that something is not right. I took it the the branch, Club Motors Fountains for repair. I requested that they checked the wheel alignment. Since then the vehicle were back 2 times more to try and fix. End of Jan 2013, the Manager agrees that we cannot contnue because of the "Image and brand". We agreed he will look for a vehicle with a similar value and that it will be concluded end of Febr 2013. But the agreement is not honoured and he is sending me on a round trip over and over again. Complaints were logged with Customer Care, BMW Finance legal (it is financed by them) and Special customer care. Everytime it is referred back to the Dealership who is not honouring his agreement. Driving sheer pleasure, is not driving sheer and frustrations. The 6 months in terms of the CPA expires in 2 weeks and my guess is that all of them is covering and play for time. The Manager is making the right noises and is believed time after time. After all, who is the customer? Request to meet one of the Directors is ignored while his office is aware of the problems. Customer service ZERO.
