Bought a car from Struben street motors on 28 December 2012, after 20km the rear brake linings were screeching and totally worn out, vehicle not driving straight. Could only get hold of dealership the next day, they said i must bring the car back to replace the brake pads, knowing that I stay 200km from the dealership. I took the car to my local Suzuki dealer who replaced the brake pads and sent Willie at struben street motors the bill and they paid it back to me after 3 weeks. Waited another 2 weeks for accesories missing on the car. Still waiting for the spare keys and registration papers. The vehicle's licence expires end of February I get no feedback from Willie and every time I call to find out if they can help me I am treated with bad attitude. I also signed an agreement at struben street with Willie agreeing that the vehicle wasn't in an accident, and that he has to give me the spare keys, I asked friendly several times for a copy but I am ignored every time. Extremely unprofessional and rude service.
