My wife & I purchased a 2013 F30 (3 Series) BMW Sportline from Supertech on 29 May 2013. on 30 May 2013. I reported that there was a noise from the rear of the vehicle which I was not happy with but the sales rep advised me to continue driving the vehicle. I noticed that my doors and fenders were not aligned as well as the back bumper paint was peeling off as well as the rear leather seat stitches were uneven. The vehicle inspected by BMWSA rep the following week. The rep confirmed all faults and gave authorization to REPAIR/REPLACE. I declined the repair/strip/replacement of my brand new 2013 vehicle which I in writing responded to Supertech requesting a replacement as my vehicle is not even 2 months old. I had been waiting for the past month. Mark von Rooyen has no customer care what so ever and rudely told me to do as I wish seek legal advice as BMWSA will not be replacing my vehicle. He promised to furnish us with a report back from them. I am currently still awaiting a BMWSA report from Supertech declining my replacement of my vehicle and have no feedback from the dealer principal whatsoever.
