I have been given the run around for the past 10 months to get the wheel alignment and steering wheel alignment fixed on my Picanto which I bought in 2012 from you Bryanston branch!

I refuse to deal with them anymore as I keep driving there, they "fix" my car and then give ir back to me in the same condition!! They tell me contradicting stories and make empty promises!! I even spoke with the DP directly on several occasions! I'm fed up!!

I logged a complaint with Kia SA' Customer Care department (Sharoma) and I'm STILL waiting for feedback, after she promised to come back to me immediately!! It's a week and a half ago! Nothing, not even a call to say we are still investigating! But as always... nothing! In the mean time I'm driving with unstable car!

I called the CC department twice in this time and Sharoma is just never there or available!
Eventually I posted a complaint on Kia SA's Facebook page... I was asked for contact details and promised that Customer Care will call me! This was on Monday... And still no one called!! My message has been deleted on Kia's FB page!

I'm also going to make myself a sign now say "Don't buy a Kia - no after sales service!
