Problems with Opel astra 1.4 turbo

My vehicle currently has 107293km on the odometer, i bought the vehicle brand new from Lichtenburg GM. When the mileage got to 1500km i started complaining to the dealer about noises on the wheels of the vehicle.
I had looked at the vehicle numerous times but the problem is still the same. I took the car back to the dealer around middle April 2013 were the technician that worked on the car told me " That is how the car sound normal there is noting he can do". Later in the month i reported the problem to the branch manager were he said that he would investigate the problem and come back to me, it has now been almost 3 weeks and i have still received no feedback from the dealer ship. This is very very poor customer service i cannot even remember how many time i have had the vehicle back at the dealer ship, according to me this is not how a customer should be treated buying a brand new car that is still under warranty. It seems to me that the technicians working at this dealership is not qualified ore experienced to handle these type s of problems and situations.
