I had rented a car in December whilst waiting to purchase my own vehicle, I then called to find out what the total all inclusive cost will be to extend the vehicle hire for 2 days, upon the information received from the rental agent I then extended the hire. When it however came to releasing funds back to my credit card this was almost a R1000 more expensive than indicated. Upon query I was given the breakdown of charges eventually as this also took over a month. I have now had to dock up because the rental agent was wrong when I called to find out about costing and the way it seems is that I am being told oh well.. and nothing will be done. I even emailed customer services eventually last week and still have not even had acknowledgement that they received my query and this after attaching all previous correspondence with regards hereto, it seems as long as they have the money the feel is correct it is the rest!
