I took my car into Monique's Auto Clinic CC on 26 February 2013 because of overheating. When we came there Paul opened the Jobcard and took my car in. He bypassed the heater and said car were overheating because of water leaking inside my car. I collected my car same day and paid him, just to find to my missery that the car still overheats. I contacted and went back to him the next day and he said he cannot help me as he is extremely busy and will have to order the fan that costs R1 100.00. I then contacted the VW expert in Paarl whom always services my car and he managed to source the problem for the overheating. It seem that the one pipe clamed down were allowing no circulation and this caused the overheating, this says that Paul did not do his job correctly. I demanded my money back for the labour cost of R385.00 and he refuses as he says he did bypass the heater. Paul does not get it my car was still overheating and he was the cause of it just because he did not do the bypass correctly. I feel as a customer that it is my right to claim this money back as the service provided and what i paid for obviously were not in order. Paul has an bad attitued also.
