Consolidated Auto
Damaged vehicle, not serviced properly

Cars & Transport

We bought a Mazda BT-50 from Paul at Consolidated auto at the end of May, he told us that the vehicle had all of the services done and had never been in an accident, when we bought the vehicle it had a 104 000km on it, when we took it back for the next service the workshop wanted to charge us to replace the cambelt and tensioner, and the other belts, and they said the front and rear brakes need doing. When we went to Paul to find out what was going on with the vehicle, he told us to contact the previse owner to find out if the vehicle had a cambelt change. We contacted Ford SA to complain about the service and NO ONE has come back to us regarding the matter. We took the vehicle to Cassey's Auto WOW amazing service, they informed us the it had been in an accident on the front right hand side. Paul is dishonest and will say anything to make a sale. We have complained to"customer service " at Consolidated and no one comes back to us.
