MR DONAUER - PLEASE COLLECT THE CAR AND FIX IT

I refer to the major complications I have had with my BMW since August 2013.

You have not replied to my letter of the 23rd September 2013 and seem to have treated this letter with contempt & forwarded it back to dishonest agents & Bruma Auto.

I complained about my gearbox and an oil leak and could not believe the behavior of Bruma Auto.
The gearbox is a shambles and I got stuck at Hartebeesport Dam with friends yesterday (15th December 2013) with the full description as given in detail on pages 156 & 157 of the BMW handbook showing overheating of the gearbox etc etc.

I am leaving for Cape Town on Saturday the 22nd December 2013 and need a complete new gearbox fitted to the car, because it is clear that the gearbox was never correctly fixed or alternatively second hand parts were fitted and passed off as new.

I do not wish to have Bruma Auto involved, because they don't know what they are doing.

I want ZF to confirm that the job has been carried out correctly, without any more dishonesty from BMW.
