Auto Armor Damages paintwork while applying seale

Had my vehicle in at Auto Armor Bellville 11/03/13. waited at the offices as they said it would only be an hour to apply the sealer on the body work and leather protection. about an hour later, the car is done, they ask me to sign a release for the vehicle and i leave, noticing though the leather has blotches, but they mentioned it needs to soak in. the afternoon i collect my daughter and realise the vehicle is badly scratched on the passenger side. i park in a secure area during the day with no pedestrian traffic.
i go back to the bellville branch the next day at 15:00, earliest as i had meetings all day, and show them the scratch. i then open the vehicle and show them my leather seat have blotches all over as a result of the leather protection they applied.
they sent a picture of the damage to Astrid, who did not contact me with any feedback. i called today, 18/03/13, and she says they will not fix the damage as i cannot prove they damaged my vehicle. for a "professional" vehicle maintenance company, i say that is pretty bad service. left a message with Mike Porter the General manager of Auto Armor SA, will see if he calls me back or if this a general problem within Auto Armor.
