CAR STILL NOT SORTED OUT

Good Day,

I had my motor vehicle accident in March 2013. My vehicle was given to Auto Rust to undergo repairs. When I finally received my vehicle, the bumper was falling off. Since I could not take leave to take my car back to Auto Rust, my dad (who is diabetic and has a severe heart condition) had taken the vehicle back to Auto Rust. Auto Rust had ordered a new bumper and made my dad wait for more than 1/2 the day whilst fitting the bumper on... bearing in mind they were aware of his medical condition and no-one offered to drop him off at home. This weekend there was constant rain. When driving in my car with my 2 yr old son, I realised that my de-misting (on the aircon) was not working at all. As the car fogged up, I had to open up in windows (in the dark, while it was freezing on the outside) and as a result, my son got very ill. Auto Rust's service is disgusting and I am shocked that u still use them. I want my vehicle to be sorted out probably!!
