NTT VW EAST LONDON - hORRIBLE eXPERIENCE

We bought a Citroen C1 from NTT VW East London - we took delivery on the Saturday and drove back to PE on the Sunday. On our way back to PE a warning light came on and the vehicle started jerking badly. On Monday when we made NTT aware of the problem they advised we should book vehicle in at Citroen PE, but the soonest they could help was the Thursday - we took car in and it stood there for 10 days - PROBLEM NOT SOLVED so we decided to drive vehicle back to EL to hand it back to them as we gave them an opportunity to sort the issues out and they could not? Vehicle stood by NTT for 4 weeks that left us without a car and when they brought car back PROBLEM NOT SOLVED so they took vehicle back and gave us a C/Car, that was 6 weeks ago! Now they want to bring car back, but they can't tell us what work was done on the vehicle? Surely they must be able to give us a reason why the vehicle has been with them for over 10weeks and why the PROBLEM CANT BE SOLVED. We have lost all faith in NTT due to no Communication, lack of feedback and the Used vehicle manager David Burnstein is now getting aggressive as its obvious they cannot sort vehicle out and we won't except that? What to do???
