Citroen
Faulty Citroen DS5!

Cars & Transport

(Citroen DS5, Diesel, Auto, Club Package)
From the first day I had problems with the vehicle there was a vibration on the steering and the vehicle was pulling to the one side, the start stop button started giving issues, the steering wheel was not centre, on and on I can go.
From beginning December 2012 the vehicle was in and out of Citroen Westrand where they tried to fix these problems. In January 2013 it was discovered that the RIMS on the vehicle was not round so this could have caused the vibration on the steering and the vehicle, they replaced the Start/Stop button but dented and scratched the aluminium surrounding the button. After replacing the RIMS the vehicle still had a vibration while driving between about 110km/hour and 120km/hour after numerous times of taking the vehicle back to Citroen Westrand, I contacted Citroen Head Office in March 2013 and they arranged that the vehicle be taken to Citroen Woodmead. Took the vehicle in on 14 March 2013 and after replacing and repairing the vehicle the vibration was still there. Today is 10 May 2013 and still without my car. Have no trust in Citroen anymore please refund me and sell the car to someone else.
