RE: 1. Problems with vehicle purchased: Citroen C3 - Reg. TPL 647 GP (Chassis no. VF7FCNFUC28666609)
2. Current Problem: Vehicle not starting - problem unknown

We purchased a Citroen C3, Reg no. TPL 647 GP, from Citroen - East Rand [ Johannesburg, Gauteng, RSA ]
in latter January 2012.
1. a. Three months down the line, we experienced a problem, where the cam belt snapped [ which was unchecked, before we purchased the vehicle from the dealer [ we have check sheet as proof ]
The milage when we purchased the vehicle was, 141252 km and when the cambelt snapped, the milage was 141552 km. * We had the most inconvenience from a service point of view, where we had to make several phonecalls too resolve, our warranty purchased,
which was incorrectly administered due to the Salesman, Mr Iean Pillay, being non-transparent, even with many other things form the onset, which is why we believe we are experiencing all malfunctions of the vehicle, as he wasn't transparent about the condition of the vehicle.
b. This year in latter Jan 2013, we experienced another problem: with the water tank.

2. Today the car refuses to start. We yet to know what the problem. WE R UNHAPPY
