Unning a national company with allot of traveling invovled, my manger flew out to jhb 4 hours earlier and needed to hire a car, i provided her with the company credit card, letter of permission with a copy of my id so she would be able to hire the car. on arrival she was told she could not, she contact me and i spoke to Edith, well attempted to she just spoke over me and abruptly cut me off. i then requested to speak to mervin to see if some arrangment could be made and that i would fly in at 1 (offering my flight details) and would come through as confirmation - as i explained to him its a chip card and requires a pin and there would be impossible to be fraudelant and the card is in the company name, all th einformation on the company was provided in the letter signed by myself the owner. i have hired cars from europcar for the last 8 years for my staff, clients and myself. it will now come to an end. there was not even an attempt to asssit and the manner in which myself and my staff memeber was spoken is just disgusting
