Hello Peter, I have been hiring cars from Europcar since last year on a number of occasions because of the nature of the work I do. One time I forgot my original CD (Chante Savage), and my lunch pack in their car. I thought someone would contact me but till to-date no contact was made. Last week, I hired a car again from them, but this time my CD got stuck inside the car, so I contacted their branch in Mega next to Woodmead, I spoke to a guy by the name of Selby who said I should leave my work and drop the car at their work shop, when I explained to him that I cannot do that because I am running a project in JHB, he then said he will send someone to come collect the car and he does not know how long it will take before they can bring it back. I then said to him I request a car for those few hours they will be taking mine so that I can be able to move around because I am managing 3 buildings at once. He said he cant help me because they do not have cars otherwise I will have to contact the airport. At the airport spoke to Akifa and I had the same problem. All I want from this company are my original CD's please. Their service needs to improve its that bad.
