Car hire Company Rip off "Excellance"

Car hire companies in general are a rip off, but Eurocar takes the cake. Firstly when you collect the car they charge your car in full for the access plus an amount of R66 per rental as document fee which is literally a copy of an invoice. would you pay for an invoice at a retail outlet? The documentation fee can be a high a 20% on a one day car hire. In addition after paying a high premium for car hire comprehensive insurance you can take out additional windscreen and tyre cover at an additional rate, which comprehensive cover does not cover windscreen damage. It is time we consumers need to get smart and stop these giant companies from ripping us off. I am waiting no 3 days now for Europcar to refund my money, as the credit card company have already billed by account. This is pure white colla
