Beware Europcar - car hire company with no cars

On the 4th December I flew from Durban to Lanseria - I arrived at 8am and on arrival at the Europcar kiosk was informed that they had no cars - a group of about 20 of us had to wait 3 hours before cars were brought in from nearby branches. I was told to phone a guy George who listened and said he would respond - well that was over 10 days ago.
What a disgrace - never again!
