Took my vehicle in to Mercedes Centurion for a repair on 23 November 2012. They investigated and reported what needed to be repaired and confirmed that it is covered by the motorplan. On completion they recommended that an engine mounting should be replaced (only 65000km). They provided me a price and informed me it was still covered by the motorplan untill end November. I informed them to keep the vehicle and repair it. The next week I received a phone call infoming me that whilst the vehicle was on the lift and idling the cooling fan disintergrated and the blade of the fan penetrated the radiator. Both the fan and the radiator had to be replaced at and expense of R21000 for my account as this was not covered by Mercedes Benz SA motorplan. I only received my vehicle back on 31 December 2012---I tried to find a solution with Mercedes Benz SA and I was informed today they will not pay the expense
