BAD SERVICE AND VEHICLE STILL NOT FIXED!!!

I had previously used HB Willys (Jeep Specialist) and was happy with their service, plus being close to my place of work it was convenient for me to send my Jeep there. I therefore had no problems sending my car there again when it overheated, a week and a half and a considerable amount of money later I got the car back. It had been back on the road for 4 days when it broke down again. It was towed back to HB Willys. From the outset I was given false information about progress, was not ever contacted when promised, got given a stinking attitude when I demanded to know what was going on, a week later there was still no answer as to what was wrong. Mark then had the vehicle towed (on his instruction) to Jeep to find out why the vehicle is not starting. It seems to be that they now have to go back on his work to see what the problem is... resulting in more expense which he has refused to pay. I have been without a vehicle for over 3 weeks now in total, I need my car not only for home but for work (which has cost my company money). I want a refund of the whole amount so that Jeep can fix the car once and for all... without me being out of pocket, frustrated and car-less.
