Jeep refuse to assist with recurring problem

Cars & Transport

The battery on my wife' Jeep keeps loosing it's charge. This has happened 3, maybe 4 times over the last 2 or 3 years. The vehicle has been in for repair and each time they look and say we cannot find anything wrong, though clearly there is something wrong or the same issue would not reoccur every 7 or 8 months! The battery was changed (& we were billed) on 23/11/11 as the vehicle would not start (this was not the 1st occasion, maybe the 2nd) -- that battery was changed on 26/06/12 under warranty -- this battery has now failed, less than 8 months on (same problem time and again, the problem Jeep deny exists), and now they are refusing to change the battery as they claim the warranty runs from the previous battery purchased 23/11/11 despite the fact that this battery was new & fitted in June of 2012! I must now pay again to have the car towed to Jeep, where they will tell me they could not find anything wrong with it, fit a new battery and give me a large invoice until the whole cycle starts again for what will be the 4th or 5th time in another 7 or 8 months. Of course there is something wrong with the car, why else would the same problem persist over and over again. Pathetic.
