Charged for new parts that does not fit the jeep

Johan fitted a management, and fuel pump the pump as charged for but not replaced. Cluster gadges was working before but not now. Quote was given for R4850 and that the jeep wil be fix within 5 working days. 2 months later the car was not fix and had to pay R6350. My parents payed the man but is very unhappy withe the jeep. There is no fuel gadge no heat gadge there was no horn no spedo. How can u drive a car like that. The jeep also broke down close to home. They reguse to collect it and my father had to help him self. Johan doesnot want to fix the jeep. He said that he wil take out the management and give my fathers money back. He only ewant the jeep fixed and payed for it, but nothing is fixed.
