One rip off after anothe

I bought a computer for my jeep, took it to jeep 4 ways to be programmed. Got told it was for a 4.7. Not 4 . I had taken it off a 4 litre, so I had to buy a new one from them. I ws told the car would be ready on the friday, I arrived and they were only starting to work on it, it started and then wouldn't start so I was told to buy plugs. I eventually got the car started myself and got as far as douglas rd and it died they didn't know what was wrong so I towed it home, how can a jeep specialist not know what was wrong. This little trip cost me R10 000 for nothing how can a company like that rip people off and get away with it. I now sit with a piece of scrap outside because so called professionals know nothing and I sit 10 k down the tubes. Disgusting
