My car was in for aircon replacment in Dec 2012. In Jan 2013 it went for service B and I mentioned that there is a funny noice since the repair of the aircon. All went well however the noise came back and I took the car back on Friday 8 March. At 15:00 I received a phone call to inform that the car has to stay the weekend to be diagnosed or I can fetch teh car and bring it back on Monday. I opted for the car to stay over. On Monday I phoned to enquire and was told that it was gear box problems - no specifics. I then asked for written cofnirmation - nothing happended. On Tuesday I phoned again. This time around I was told that one part is in J.burg and will only arrive on Thursday. I was not satisfied as I know parts can be delivered the same day. I asked for more specifics and written confirmation as I wanted a discount on the initial price. Also the car has to stay another weekend. This is not on. Obviously it is now 10:46 and it is quiet on the front - no e-mails, nothing. I sent another e-mail just now to enquire about the ETA, etc. Needless to say I am very disappointed in MB... to say the least.
