Worst service I ever experienced

I bought a Santa Fe from nissan in December 2012.I bought the vehicle on a saterday and at home heard a noise from the gearbox. I returned to nissan on the monday and told them about the noise and that they had to fix it. I was told that they were fully booked for the holiday season and that they would sort it out in January 2013.I phoned them in January and was told that all the technicians was on training and that they would come back to me. They eventually asked me to bring the vehicle in on the 8th of April 2013.On the Wednesday i phoned to find out what is going on and was told that they had not looked at it yet (3 days later). I again phoned on the Thursday and was told that the vehicle had to go to specialists in Jo'burg on the Friday. The following Tuesday I phoned and was told by a person that my car would only be back that Friday (19 April), but another person told me that it was still at nissan. On thursday 18 April i was told that the vehicle was not fixed yet. Now i am waiting to hear when i will get it back.(Hopefully still in 2013) This is the worst service that I have ever experienced.
