Reimbursement of travelling cost

I was invited by Sasol to attend an interview regarding a senior process engineer vacancy. The interview was scheduled for the 20/11/12. I was told via telephone and at the interview that I will be given a reimbursement travel application which I need to complete in order to be reimbursed for the travelling cost. I had returned the application and did not recieve any feedback for a certain period of time. After many e-mail communications I had finally made success however only to realise that an incorrect amount was transferred into my bank account. I then addressed this issue with the account department and recieved a negative/poor attitude in return. The reponse I got was ''nothing can be done because you already recieved some money, I DONT KNOW'' I am now in a position where I dont know who to speak to and cannot get the money which is owed to me. I am suprised and disappointed with the pathetic service from the Sasol workforce.
