Miscellaneous

1. Sammy does not feedback on service status when car is at Mercedes for 4 days. Calls aren't returned-ever!
2. Car had to be booked in 3 times before aircon fault was fixed.
3. Insurance GPS device missing from car. Sammy promises to locate it, you never hear from him again. When reported to manager, Samkelo, he goes to aircon workshop to locate it, can't locate it, promises to check Mercedes safekeeping and you never hear from him again.
4. Car does not start a few days after repair at Mercedes. Team Diesel identified a loose earth wire in the aircon which drained battery, causing car not to start. I paid thousands to identify and fix their error.
5. Trying to buy a new car is impossible. Kings arranged a test drive. He promised to get back to me with finance options. After a week of no communication, I called him, he advised finance officer was on leave and she'll phone me the following Monday. Called again and he promised to get back to me last Thursday. Still nothing!!!
6. Call Mercedes Bedforview and within one hour a quote on a new C class, together with finance application is sent through.
7. Mercedes ER Mall's service standards, workmanship and customer service non-existent!
