Unprofessional service and behaviou

August 2012 - Aircon was not working on my car and I asked them to check what was wrong - they phoned me to tell me they had to order a condenser but not to worry because it is a warranty. They never came back to me, I phoned them in November and from there monthly, still not there. Eventually received it end of February, made appointment for a service and to repair aircon on 6 March 2013. Before they started I made sure that it is still a warranty as per the inspection and they said yes - then they let me know 2 hours later that it was a stone that damaged condenser - no warranty. Service manager said he knew somebody who could repair it for R500, they came to fetch my car eventually on 21 May 2013 to repair, got it back on 29 May 2013 evening, tested it today 30 May 2013 and it didn't work, I phoned the service manager and he just said he tested it and it worked, I also reported a strange noise at the front wheel and just got a sarcastic remark that they didn't work on the wheels. I really think this was very unprofessional and would just like them to fix my aircon as it was supposed to be on warranty.
