Volkswagen
Too cheap to repair items that fall in warranty

Cars & Transport

My wife bought the new polo and 1 year after she bought it we were experiencing problems with the ignition. I booked the car in, they acknowledged that the problem was the ignition and instead of replacing they said that it just needed to be oiled. When receiving the car back from VW the problem still persisted. I called Thabiet to book the car in. He called later the same day to say that the car is fine there were no issues. The problem is still persisting and nothing is being done about the issue. It is sad that a big company can just bully normal paying customers as the way i see it they just want it to fall out of warranty so that i have to pay at the end of the day. the attitude at the branch is also just that WE CAN DO AS WE SEE FIT
